35th Box [Video and first reset]

*The communicator turns on to show the image of Sai walking about in his room. A hand is pressed against his forehead as he walks. He idly reaches out to touch the various objects in the room as he walks past them. He suddenly stops and lowers his hand from his forehead.*

Ai?.... Where are you? AI?!

*The final word came out as a pained filled howl as he suddenly goes to start screaming and shrieking in pain, collapsing unto the ground and arching backwards. He then goes to start writhing quite a bit on the ground as he continues to let out those pain filled screams and shrieks.*


((OOC: The first 'reset' of Sai is happening. There will be breaks between each memory wipe so he can respond to comments, just expect the screaming and shrieking to happen at any moment again. Comment-logs are good as well for those on the fourth floor of the Horton apartments and possibly the third floor as well.))

[Washu walks through the wall at the first sound, since she had been previously alerted to his condition, and was, admittedly, very curious about it. It's not everyday one gets to witness it!]

Sai! You...

[She rushes to him and kneels on the floor near the writhing boy, wondering if maybe she should sedate him, or at least attempt to comfort him, but decides on reaching to grab his hand. It would be worth it, if only to distract him from pain.]

*Remains writhing but goes to look towards Washu as he feels her taking her hand.*

Okaa-san? *Was spoken in a very pain-filled voice as the grip on her hand becomes tighter and tighter.*

[Washu almost felt guilty, because she wanted to study this, but instead of letting herself take the scientific route, she let maternal instincts kick in and brushed some of Sai's hair out of his face, and began using other gentle actions to try and calm him.]

...I'm here, Sai. You'll be okay.

[Somehow, she drowned out the pain from him gripping her hand.]

[She didn't need to be called to be summoned his side in order to figure out that something was wrong. The date matched up. It was only the time that was meaningless. Sai's actions always seemed to speak louder than his words then...]

I am here. [She responds calmly, before wrapping an arm around his shoulder.]

[Ai catches him as he starts to fall backwards, and slowly lowers him to the floor below so that his head is resting in her lap. She looks unphased by his screaming in pain, and simply brushes a few of her fingertips over the pale bangs of his forehead. She shushes him softly.]

It will not last. I am certain that others will be coming for you as well... They will remember this life, even if you forget.

*He goes to take several quick gasps for air but keeps his eyes focused on her face.*

I wonder how many will forget about this identity or will they miss it?
