Like, I said, this is for me as it will be a visual reference of personality and goals. It will be updated as I think of more to add.

Sai:

Sai has 4 major goals that drives him to obsession to fulfill no matter what the cost:
1.) To find out just what he is.
2.) To find out who he is.
3.) To find a place where he can belong.
4.) To kill Neuro and see his insides.

For

discedo he currently has a new goal and that is to take back the body and become the main personality once more.

Sai will do anything within his powers and assets to fulfill his goals. Murder, betraying, torture, steal and kidnap and not really think anything of it. More like, he can't think anything of it because they have become second nature to him. He honestly doesn't believe that what he is doing is wrong and he has taken pleasure and joy from his kills and evil deeds. They have become like a drug to him. These aspects has also pooled together to form his obsessive nature that once he finds something that peeks his interest he will stop at nothing to obtain it, weather it be dead or alive upon obtainment.

On the opposite end of the coin, he can be sweet, gentle, childish and kind. But this side of him only appears to those that value their families and those who are a part of his small 'family'. Of course, he has to always be in control of everything even when showing the softer side of himself. Those that know him has learned to think nothing of it even when he displays affection to them. While sometimes the affection is genuine, at other times he is just reinstating that those he displays the affection are his and that only he can touch/be affectionate towards them.

Sai is really possessive of those that are 'his'. Be it objects or people or goals, once in his mind they are marked as his they are his and his alone. Fear and pray for those that tries to take what is his. A simple touch without his permission can be seen as attempting to take what is his and it will cause a protective and possessive outburst as Sai will do anything to protect what is 'his'.

Xi:

Unlike Sai, Xi's goals are not that much different and she doesn't have as much.
1.) To find where she belongs
2.) To make Raph at least tolerate her
3.) To protect what is left of Kaye's house.
4.) Not to lose anyone else.

Another player has best described a part of Xi more then I can (which will be edited a little to show just what she said).

"She strikes me sort of as a lost child. She wants to be loved, but is always fearful she's not deserving of the affection she's getting and can't really understand why. That in this reset, she was given the childhood she could have had and surrounded by loving people, but her past as a monster keeps coming back to haunt her so even now she can't be happy with herself."

While this is true of her it is not all of her. She does has aspects of Sai in her but she just chooses a different route as her outlet. For example, her goals: Like Sai, Xi will do anything to accomplish her goals but due to seeing what was in the mirror that Yuuko gave her in exchange of her four blades. She wants to accomplish them without having guilt as she can feel guilt for her misdeeds unlike Sai. This is a part of Abel's influence which will disappear with the next reset. But for her goals, if she has to behave as something she is not then so be it. If she has to act cute and sugary sweet to get what she wants, so be it. But she will try to gain them without the use of the evil deeds of Sai.

Now, this doesn't mean that she doesn't have the sweeter nature in her. Once again, this is due to Abel's influence which will fade over time how long without the reset, I do not know. She does her best to hide what is going on inside of her because one, no one would let her belong with them if she starts displaying what is going on and two, she wants believes that it is her battle and hers alone. With her chip in, she does have lower mental resistance and therefore, is constantly under the barrage of Sai's 'suggestions' and his willies to try and trick to let him take control again.

Now, while she is the 'good' version. It won't mean that she won't do something unmorality sound. Push her enough and she will show you what she has been trying to repress and break inside of her. If she has to hurt/maim/kill to protect someone she cares about, then she will and will even gain a small amount of pleasure from it before acting like it was nothing to do those things to another. Another part of her that might come out is a trickster part and when that part is out, everything she says will have a double meaning.

She can be tricked and lead by an outside source to become a 'bad guy' but the same can be said of her to be good. While she is trying her best to be as 'good' as possible on her own, she will need help if she is to stay that way. But the main point is that she is easily swayed by outside influences and will become the product of such influences.

As I said, this will be updated as I think of more things (especially on the personality sections) and that this is mostly for my own reference.
