8th Box [Action for those in Discedo!]

[It has been a stressful month for Sai. With the monsters, getting experimented on by Washu and then that confrontation with Eric. The strange holiday known as Christmas came and then left and then those creepy ghost things came as well. Why was she so scared of being alone? And now more then ever does she not only hear a male's voice in her head but that 'ghost' as Jackie calls it as well. It has been bugging her the more that she thinks about it, ever since she arrived in this city.

... This city that Jackie claims that Sai has been in before.

And that building....

She goes to type up a message to Turkey and one other. She pauses as a few fleeting thoughts go through her mind before moving to look around for a particular reaper.]

Eric? Are you here?

[How to ask him if he wants to come or not.... But just in case, she is going to leave a note for him. Stating her curiosity of a building and wanting to check it out.]

[ooc; People at France's apartment can notice her wondering the apartment and later on, she will be wondering the streets of Discedo.]

I don't know... I feel like I have to go to it. I don't know why either...

[ It had been a stressful few weeks for the Batman; not to mention coming down from that horrible transformation into the Man-Bat... He'd wanted to stay away from everyone, but in the end, he'd attacked people... He couldn't really forgive himself.

He'd spent the last few weeks avoiding people, but he eventually came to his senses, realizing hiding wouldn't do him any good. At least the Batman suit had been spared.

Landing upon a nearby apartment building, Terry spotted Sai down below, wandering the streets. He felt some guilt; he hadn't spoken to her very much. He really had no idea what she'd been up to ever since he met her at the High School when she'd been wearing... that dress.

Still, he glided down to her-- wouldn't be right to keep himself distanced forever. ]

Heather?

[Sai is lucky in that regard that she never got to attack people as that dog.

Sai blinks and stops in her tracks as Batman lands near her. It takes her a moment to process at first who he was (seriously never gonna get used to that) before perking up quite a bit.]

BATMAN!

[She doesn't care yo, she is so gonna give you a hug now!]

[ Terry let out a "oof" like sound when he's suddenly hugged by her-- he really hadn't been hugged by anyone in a long time. Giving a smile, he pats her head gently. ]

Hey, squirt. I missed you, too. How've you been doing?

[ He really meant to tell her his name this time... He kept backing out before, but this time he wanted to do it. ]

[Sai lets out a giggle at both the 'oof' sound and the head pats.]

Better now. Where do you disappear too, Batman? [She was worried.]

Well... It's part of the job, I guess. Sometimes I just gotta handle things on my own... But I'm back now, it's okay.

[She goes to frown a little and just goes to give him a small squeeze.]

[She blinks and tilts her head up at him.]

Batman's my alias. It's not my real name; it's the name of the hero that protects people in my city. But my real name is Terry.

[She thinks for a moment before smiling and nodding her head.]

I think that I get it and promise that I won't tell anyone!

[That was pretty cool! Having not one but two names!]

Well, Batman's a bit of an icon where I'm from. He's been around for ages. [ So glad Bruce isn't here to hear him sass him. ]

I didn't really pick Batman, I guess... I became him.
